Now the real work begins. Tribeworks is a platform for managing your freelance work and accessing employment benefits without the hassle of a boss. Rather than working for the company, the company works for you. To do that, we need some information on the clients you work with.
Note: this information is confidential and will never be shared without your consent.
First, choose whether you want to upload contracts or find collaborators. For this guide, we want to upload contracts.
After you confirm that you have active contracts, you'll enter some basic information about your client. This includes the name, company, email, and physical address of your primary contact for the gig, whether that's an individual or a corporate billing department.
Next, you'll enter the specifics of the contract. Tell us how, when, how often, and how much you'll be paid, and upload a PDF copy of the original for our records.
If you have any more contracts to upload, do so now. If not, you're all done! Members earning $35,000 or more can join the payroll to access benefits like health insurance, access to our collaborator network, and more. But don't worry, even if you remain self-employed you can still enjoy the other perks of membership except health insurance.
